Wash the vegetables: carrot green peas, spring onions,green pepper and cut

Wash the fresh tomatoes,chill pepper and onion and blend,after blending boil.

While tomatoes is boiling.wash,season the chicken

Cut your ripe plantain not over ride plantain and fry

When the chicken is cooked,fry the chicken also

When all cuting and frying is done.Add vegetable oil and Heat when is heated pour your boiled tomatoes and a little tin tomatoes,stir and allow to fry

Add the cut carrot,spring onions,paprica and stir.add knorr chicken and salt

Add the fried chicken and plantain to the fried tomatoes,carrot....

Add the chicken stock or little water and stir very well

Finely chop the scent leaf and add;also add the green pepper lastly and cover to cover for a while...

Stir,bring down from the heat and dish...
