Fried snail with vegetables

Cooking Instructions

Wash snail with alum properly and place in a pot of boiling water and boil for 7minutes then remove the snail and wash with salt

Rinse properly and put in a clean pot with water, add 1 of the sliced onions, seasoning, salt and curry powder and bring to the boil

When it is tender to taste, remove from heat and dice snail in big chuncks

Then fry in vegetable oil and set aside

Place a clean pan on the fire and add 20ml vegetable oil. Then add the sliced peppers and 1 of the sliced onions and stir fry for 1 minutes

Then add a 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, little seasoning and stir for 30secs then pour in the fried snail

Stir fry for another 2 minute
