Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 2 headcabbage
  2. 10 lbcornbeef brisket
  3. 1 1/2 cupwine I used Yellowtail Cabernet- merlot
  4. 1/4 cupAji-Mirin
  5. 1 tspyellow dried mustard
  6. 1 tspground turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 cupsalt
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 1 1/2 tbspground black pepper
  10. 1water if needed
  11. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a heavy pot or heavy roaster add wine

  2. 2

    Add yor brisket fat side up

  3. 3

    Get to boiling

  4. 4

    Chop your cabbage

  5. 5

    Add to your brisket

  6. 6

    Cover for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Add your spices

  8. 8

    Cook covered and boiling for 2 and a half hours

  9. 9

    Stir occasionally

  10. 10

    When done its best to let cool refrigerate over night if not then serve enjoy
