Ingredients

  1. chicken
  2. 7 largeboneless and skinless chicken thighs
  3. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  4. 1/4 cuppaprika
  5. 1/4 cupground cumin
  6. 1/3 tspsalt
  7. cabbage
  8. 1 smallhead of cabbage
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1/2 cupraisins
  12. 1/2 cupmulticolored sweet peppers
  13. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  14. 1/4 cupHeinz tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add paprika and cumin

  2. 2

    Slice the chicken into strips. Add to oil. Fry/ simmer till chicken is done.

    Take the chicken out and set aside in a bowl. Reserve a quarter cup of the oil.

    To the paprika and cumin oil, quarter cup, add cabbage stir coating the cabbage add salt, garlic, and water. Cover and simmer.

    After its simmered 7 minutes add raisins and chicken, cover again. Simmer 10 minutes. Add peppers. Cover simmer3 minutes.

    Add ketchup stir well let simmer 3 minutes. Cover let sit 5 minutes.

    Serve hope you enjoy!
