Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 3 handfulgreen peas (dice)
  3. 2big carrots (dice)
  4. Curry
  5. 2 kgChicken
  6. 10fresh pepper (dice)
  7. 1large onions (dice)
  8. Seasoning and salt
  9. Groundnut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Par-Boil the rice half done and put aside. And boil the chicken with salt seasoning cube, onions, garlic powder and ginger until soft and fry then set aside

    Then use the chicken stock to boil the rice until cooked

  3. 3

    Put pan on the stove and add groundnut oil and let it heatup then fry the diced vegetables and cooked rice batch by batch and pour in a cooler
