Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Quarter kg beef
  2. 3Onions
  3. 1 kgpotatoes
  4. Tomatoes
  5. 1 cuppeas
  6. 250 mlcooking oil
  7. Salt
  8. Spices(optional)
  9. Blueband
  10. Dhania
  11. Hoho

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and boil them till they are tender

  2. 2

    Drain water from them and add blueband then mash them till they make a paste.

  3. 3

    Bring the meat and peas to boil separately.

  4. 4

    Fry the onions till brown.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and cook till they make a paste.

  6. 6

    Add peas and hoho and cook for some time.

  7. 7

    Add spices and salt to taste(optional).

  8. 8

    Serve the mashed potatoes with beef and garnish with dhania.

  9. 9
