Peel and wash your potatoes then boil for some time.

When potatoes are ready.. Add margarine, dania and milk then mash till ready.

For the stew.. Boil your meat first then fry using onions and the garlic paste till golden brown.. Add your veggies together with turmeric n mixed spices allow it to cook.

After the stew is ready add your dania and serve. Av enjoyed mine hope ul enjoy yours.
