Stirred fried rice and fried peppered beef

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsextra long grain basmatic rice
  2. 3 handfulsgreen beans
  3. 800 gramsliver (boiled)
  4. 1small red bell pepper (diced)
  5. 1small green bell pepper (diced)
  6. 1/2kilo beef
  7. 2 teaspooncurry powder
  8. Seasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Vegetable oil

    Par boil the rice and rinse cold then pour in a sieve and set aside

  2. 2

    Parboil the beef with seasoning salt, garlic, ginger and onions. Then fry the beef and toss in fried tomatoes/pepper and onion

  3. 3

    Then pour the meat stock from the meat into a pot and add the par boiled rice. Add the curry powder and cover to cook until dried up

  4. 4

    Place a large pan on the heat and add little vegetable oil and pour in some part of the vegetables and part liver then fry for 30 seconds

  5. 5

    Then add part of the rice and fry together with the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Continue frying step until you have exhausted all batches of rice and vegetables/liver
