  11. Sabjiya (mooli,bhindi,tamatar,mirchi,ghiya)bareek kati hui
  12. 1/4 tspKala namak 1/4chota spoon
  13. 1tspnamak (swad anusar)
  14. 1/4tsphaldi powder
  15. 1tsplal mirchi powder
  16. 1/4tsprai
  17. Chutki bhar hing
  18. 8-10kadipatta
  19. 2tspsambhar masala
  20. 1tspdhaniya powder
  21. Thoda sa gur
  22. Imli bhigi hui
  23. Nariyal ki chutney
  24. 1nariyal chota kata hua
  25. 1tspchana daal
  26. 1tspoil
  27. 1/4tsp rai
  28. 1-2laal sukhi mirchi
  29. 1hari mirchi
  30. 1/2 inchadarak ka tukda
  31. 3-4kadi patta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dosa-daal or chawal ko ache se dhokr bhigo de 3-4ghante

  2. 2

    Fir ache se pees kar 5-6ghante khameer uthne rkhde or khameer uthne par nonstick tawa par failaye or dosa taiyar karein

  3. 3

    Sambhar - daal ko dhokr presure cooker me pani or namk,mirchi,haldi,dhaniya powder daal kar 2 sity bulwa le

    Daal ache se pak jane par kadahi me oil garam karein

  5. 5

    Usme rai,kadipatta,harimichi daal kar bhune

  6. 6

    Fir usme kati hui sabjiya daal kar naram hone tak pakaye

  7. 7

    Usme thodi laal mirchi,kala namak daal de

  8. 8

    Fir thoda gur or imli ka paste daal kar ache se paka le

  9. 9

    Us tadke ko daal me daal de

  10. 10

    Ek kadahi me oil daal de

  11. 11

    Garam hone par rai dale rai chatkne par boil aalu chote tukde kar ke dale

  12. 12

    Usme namak,haldi,mirchi,daal kar ache se mix karein

  13. 13

    Nariyal ki chutney-kadahi me oil daal kar chane ki daal ko thoda laal hone tak bhune

  14. 14

    Fir usme pani add karein

  15. 15

    Or nariyal dale or agar aap fresh nariyal le rahein to wo dale pani kam rakhein

    10 min bhig jane ke baad use mixi me daal kar hari mirchi or adrak ke tukde ke sath chala ke

    Acha paste ban jane par usne namk add karein

    Kadahi me oil daal kar garam karein
