Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer (cube cuts or how ever you like)
  2. 200 gmspinach (palak) finely chopped
  3. 1medium onion (chopped in small pcs)
  4. Gingar 1" finely chopped
  5. 3-4garlic buds finely chopped
  6. (or paste ginger garlic)
  7. 1medium size chopped tomato
  8. 3-4green chilli chopped
  9. Cooking oil
  10. 2 tbspn desi ghee
  11. to tasteSpices: salt according
  12. 1/2 tbspn red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tbspn turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tbspn coriender powder
  15. 1/2spn garam masala powder
  16. 1 tbspn sabzi masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put some heeng jeera and add chopped onion. When it becomes golden add chopoed ginger garlic (or paste) and chopped green chilli & fry it till onion becomes brown. (Medium flame)

    Now add chopped tomato and all spices(powder) till the tomato cooks. (Medium flame)

    Now add chopped spinach and cook it.. once spinach fried well then add paneer and mix it well. Add salt as per the taste and 1/2 cup water and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.

    Add 2 tb spn desi ghee and mix it well and finish the cooking. Palak paneer is ready now.
