Cooking Instructions

Cut the goat meat to a sizeable sizes.

Wash and pour in a pot,add stock cubes,black pepper and thyme.

Mix all very well with your hands.cover the bowl with a thin film.

Put in the fridge and allow to marinate for 1hour.

Pound the pepper,cut the onion into 4 big chunks.

After 1hour of marinating tge meat,pour in a pressure pot and pour in water ro half of the pot.

Goat meat is very hard so it takes hours to boil.pour in the four big chunk onion,

After 1hour remove the onion,add salt and mix together.

Lay the goat meat in the oven at 180° till is brown be turning from time to time.for only 15mins.

While grilling the meat,cut and thread the green and red bell pepper,and onion on toothpick.

When the meat is well grilled,heat up the vegetable oil in a clean dry pan.

Add the pepper and the thick stock from cookong the meat.

Stir very well and serve with the threaded vegetables.

The tomato sauce is hearty and tasty (I had a hard time not eating it all up before the veggies were ready!). Thinly slicing the veggies ensures that they all cook through, and covering with parchment keeps the edges from getting too crispy.
