Cooking Instructions

Slice the vegetables and wash it.

Cut the meat and cook with stock cubes,salt,onion.after 20minutes debone the smoked fish and add.

Boil for extra 5minutes and is ok.

Blend the tomatoes with pepper to puree.then boil till all the water evapourates.

Pour in vegetable oil,and fry for 5 minutes with continous stirring with a wooden spartula.

Pour in the meat and stir,add salt,stock cubes and 1/2 teaspoon of curry.

Add 1/2 cup of water and then boil it for 5minutes.add the vegetable.

And the sauce is ready after 2minutes

I used my left over vegetables . One egg plant was gone half bad, used my frozen tomatoes , and add a can of black beans. You can use any can of legumes ( chickpeas , white beans, but lentils would not be a good idea, )if you don’t want to use oven you can use same pot to cook if you are too lazy or have no time. .
