Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. Salt
  3. 2Carrots
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1/2 kgFresh tomatoes
  6. 6Dry Tatasi
  7. 2 piecesleaves Bay
  8. 1 teaspoonCurry
  9. 3 piecesGarlic
  10. 2Onion
  11. 2knorr seasoning
  12. 2tumeric

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the seeds in tatasi and soak in warm water for 20minutes.

    Blend the soften tatasi with fresh tomatoes,garlic and tumeric.

    Boil all the blended things for 30minutes till the water drys.

    Fry with vegetable oil for 5minutes add onion and salt.

  5. 5

    Then water and boil it for 7minutes.add curry,knorr seasoning,bay leaves and boil for another 5minutes.

    Parboil rice for 10minutes,wash and boil.

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste,onces is almost done.

  8. 8

    Wash and cut fresh carrots and pour inside the rice.

  9. 9

    After 1minute of putting tge carrots bring down the rice.
