Ingredients

  1. Quick and tasty meals
  2. 1/4 pintsMilk
  3. 1 tspEnglish mustard
  4. 1Nob of butter
  5. 1Ground black pepper
  6. 1 packagesSmoked salmon
  7. 2 sliceBread per person
  8. 2Eggs per person

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Break 2 eggs per person in a saucepan per person

  2. 2

    Add a nob of butter and teaspoon of english mustard

  3. 3

    Add milk to your preferred taste for scrambled eggs

  4. 4

    On a plate using two forks shred the smoked salmon and pepper it, then squeeze fresh lemon generously all over.

  5. 5

    Whisk the ingredients in the saucepan vigourously and heat over a medium heat.

  6. 6

    Toast the bread and butter it to taste. Keep stirring the egg until it starts to clump together.

  7. 7

    Turn down the heat a little and continue stirring slowly until it is all nice and fluffy.

  8. 8

    Using a straining ladle serve the egg onto the toast and to with strips of the smoked salmon.
