Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwholemeal flour
  2. 1 cupplain flour
  3. 2 tspbaking soda
  4. 2 tspcinnamon
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 2 canbrown sugar
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 4eggs (beaten)
  9. 3 cupgrated carrots
  10. 250 gramscream cheese
  11. 50 gramsbutter softened
  12. 2 cupicing sugar
  13. 1 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add the oil then the eggs and carrots. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven 180c

  4. 4

    Put batter into a 23 round spring form tin and bake for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean.

  5. 5

    Cream cheese icing. Add pot of cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and vanilla and mix well . ice the cake once cooled.
