Ingredients

  1. base
  2. 100 gramsmelted butter
  3. 250 gramsdigestive biscuits
  4. 1For the filling
  5. 405 gramscondensed carnation milk
  6. 4 largelimes
  7. 300 mldouble cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    crush digestives into fine crumbs and add the melted butter to them give them a good mix

  2. 2

    press the crumbs into a loose bottomed cake tin then whack into the fridge for ten mins

  3. 3

    whisk together the condensed milk and cream.then add the zest from the 4 limes and then the juice from the limes,give a good mix till thick then pour into cake tin and spread so even,then whack into fridge for a hour or two.

    remove from loose bottomed tin and then place on a serving plate,cut into slices and serve.
