Cooking Instructions

Remove the seeds from the dates and soak with tigernut and coconut for 3-4 hours

Boil the cinnamon sticks in 2 litres of water for 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks and Leave to cool.

Blend the tigernut, dates and coconut using the cinnamon flavoured water (2)
- 4
Using a sieve or a cheese cloth extract the milk from the mixture (3).
- 5
Best served chilled.
