Ingredients

  1. 1 lbkielbasa, sliced
  2. 2 mediumOnions, sliced
  3. 1/2green bell pepper, diced
  4. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1 dashfennel seed
  6. 1/2 tsppaprika
  7. 1/4 tspcelery salt
  8. 1/2 tbspdill weed
  9. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in large sauce pan and add all ingredients except kielbasa and dill.

  2. 2

    Sauté over med/high heat till onions are translucent ~7mins

  3. 3

    Add kielbasa and sauté over medium heat another ~7mins

  4. 4

    Stir in dill weed for last 1-2 mins of cooking

  5. 5

    I like to serve this with pierogi's and a dill dipping sauce ( 1/2c sour cream, 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp dill)
