  1. 3 tbspbutter
  2. 3 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 1 smallonion, chopped
  4. 1 smallgreen pepper, chopped
  5. 1/2 cupchicken broth (or water)
  6. 1/2 headcabbage, chopped
  7. 1 lbKielbasa, sliced 1/2" thick

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in large sauce pan on stove top.

    Add garlic to butter. Stir one minute.

  3. 3

    Add onion and pepper to sauce pan. Stir and cook until veggies are crispy yet tender.

    Add kielbasa to pan. Stir and cook until browned.

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and stock. Stir, cover, and cook for about ten minutes on medium-high.
