  1. 3 lbsPolish kielbasa cut into bite size pieces
  2. 2 lbsPolish or Bavarian sauerkraut
  3. 2small jars sliced sun dried tomatoes with oil
  4. 1/4 poundsliced wild mushrooms fresh or dried
  5. 1 bottleYuengling Beer
  6. 1 boxbeef or beef bone broth
  7. 3 Tbspscaraway seeds
  8. 3 TbspsSpice and Tea Exchange Signature spice blend or blen of your choice
  9. 3russet potatoes cut into rough chunks skin on
  10. 6 clovescracked garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a stock pot add garlic, saurkraut, tomatoes and mushrooms and lightly warm on medium heat.

    Add beer and beef broth with kielbasa to the pot

  3. 3

    Add caraway seeds and spice blend and additional water as necessary to cover by an inch the ingredients then Bring to low boil on medium heat then lower to simmer.

    Let simmer 3 hours.

    Serve as is or with boiled pierogis.
