Ingredients

  1. 1ring Kielbasa
  2. 1 headCabbage
  3. 1 largeOnion
  4. 1/2 stickButter
  5. 1/2 cupChicken broth (bullion)
  6. 1 tspThyme Leaves
  7. 1/2 tspCelery seed
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut kielbasa into 6 pieces, then slice lengthwise. Fry over high heat till brown on both sides. Remove from pan.

    Wipe pan clean. Add butter. Chop cabbage and onion to bite size pieces. Add to pan. Saute 10 min.

    Add broth and spices. Cover, simmer 10 min.

    Slice kielbasa into bite size, add to pan. Cover, simmer 10 min. or until you like. Serve.
