Strawberry Spinach Salad with Soy Worcestershire Dressing
This is a kid favorite salad in our house as well as a crowd pleaser for picnics, BBQs, and potlucks for the tasty mashup of fruit, veg, and sweet savory tangy dressing.I'm making it for Thanksgiving this year to make sure my teenaged son gets plenty of veg with that side of bacon he asked for . ;)Here in California, we get strawberries pretty much year round, though they tend to be better in Spring. If it's not strawberry season where you live, a mildly tart apple or firm pear cut into small chunks are both great substitutes.

Healthy Lettuce Salad with Homemade Dressing
Made this lettuce salad with my homemade dressing. Personally I don’t really like to use groceries salad dressing for my homemade salad. In my opinion homemade dressing is fresher and healthier. this recipe I used my leftover corn salsa, and some chopped cilantro, and black bean, because I really don’t want to wasted. Anyway you can used the fresh or canned corn. So here is my recipe. I did post this recipe on YouTube. So you guys can check it out on YouTube.

Tortilla Greens Chickpeas Salad Bowl with Refried Bean Dates dressing
The reason why I like to prepare my own meal at home. Because I realized that outside meals are contain too much sodium and fats. Even on salad, they added too much salad dressing to make it taste more delicious. Yes, that’s true it tastes delicious. But it contains too much salt and fats and that’s not good to our body. To avoid it, actually it’s very easy to make your own salad dressing at home. And of course by making your own salad dressing you can leave out the salt. And here I make my own salad with my own salad dressing. Always remember, being healthy is precious!
