you need a rack to stand peppers up while cooking. I got mine out of cabelas magazine. with a little tweaking this can be adapted to anyone's situation.

Ingredients

  1. 20jalapeno peppers, large and strait
  2. 4 slicebacon, fried crispy and drained
  3. 4 ozdeer meat. diced, seasoned, browned, and drained
  4. 8 ozcream cheese
  5. 1/4 cupgrated mozzarella
  6. 2 tbspgrated parmesan romano cheese
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsppepper
  9. 1 tbspfresh minced basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First, wash peppers. cut off tops. for those who are experienced with a paring knife use it to remove ribs and seeds from peppers. for beginners, use a vegetable peeler. the curved blade will help to keep from puncturing the outside

    Add cooked meat to a food chopper amd pulse until chopped fine

    Mix meat with rest of ingredients in a bowl

    I use a cake decorating gun to stuff peppers. stuff all peppers.

    Bake in oven at 400 for 45 min. place rack on a baking sheet in case some fall out

    Eat. mmmmm

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
