Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, wash peppers. cut off tops. for those who are experienced with a paring knife use it to remove ribs and seeds from peppers. for beginners, use a vegetable peeler. the curved blade will help to keep from puncturing the outside
- 2
Add cooked meat to a food chopper amd pulse until chopped fine
- 3
Mix meat with rest of ingredients in a bowl
- 4
I use a cake decorating gun to stuff peppers. stuff all peppers.
- 5
Bake in oven at 400 for 45 min. place rack on a baking sheet in case some fall out
- 6
Eat. mmmmm

Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños
I'd been wanting to make bacon wrapped jalapeños for tailgating ever since I'd seen an ad in a cooking magazine. I also thought of jalapeño poppers and had eaten gorgonzola/goat cheese stuffed figs/dates (yes I've had all varieties) before. I opted for the easiest to obtain/cheapest ingredients, but cooking time will probably differ if you opt for prosciutto over bacon (o: aliceaengquist -

stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon
I've made plenty of different stuffed jalapenos but this is by far the best. it took a while but they came out awesome. It is very important that you coat these 3 times or the filling may leak out. If you don't like a crispy crust you can coat it twice instead. lizh0412 -

Blue cheese, bacon, and apple stuffed mini peppers Blue cheese, bacon, and apple stuffed mini peppers
The inspiration for this little gem of an appetizer sprang from the bag of sweet mini peppers in our fridge. I decided to throw them together with some leftover gorgonzola, a few strips of crispy bacon, and a bit of tart apple and see what happens. The result was fantastic! These will definitely be served if/when we're ever allowed to entertain again. Robert Gonzal
