Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupToll House or Hersheys CoCoa
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 3 tbspCorn Starch
  4. 2 cupMilk
  5. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  6. 1 tspAlmond Extract

Cooking Instructions

    Combine Cocoa, sugar, and corn starch in medium non stick sauce pan.

    Slowly pour in milk one cup at a time until smooth and combined.

  3. 3

    Turn stove on Medium heat.

  4. 4

    Once mixture begins to boil stir so milk does not scorch.

  5. 5

    It may take a few to boil; be patient!

  6. 6

    Pudding will start to thicken, you will see lumps begin to form.

  7. 7

    Add vanilla and almond flavor.Turn off stove and wisk vigorously.

  8. 8

    Chocolate pudding should be thick, creamy and have a slightly glossy look.

  9. 9

    It's amazing warm but cooler is tasty also. Be sure to let cool before refrigerating to avoid sweating.
