Mild Chicken Curry
One of the family favourite dish...

Easy Indian Style mild curry
We do like Indian food, well myself more so than my wife. So I always am trying to find a recipe that is less than 75 ingredients, about 15 of which I have never heard of, let alone able to find. Plus I need things sort of quick since I work and have to come home and make dinner. A rice bowl once a week really fits the bill for us. So I sort of took a couple recipes, modified for ground meat, and readily available spices in the average American market, and this recipe was born. Quite frankly, the only thing I had to buy that wasn't in my spice cabinet or pantry was the coconut milk. My wife said it needed more tomato paste, I thought it had too much. She said it was too spicy, so I modified the crushed red pepper amount to bring that down. We both agreed the addition of green peas would be wonderful. So next time, 1/2 - 1 cup of peas. This is a strong good Indian flavor, try it, let us know how you like it.

A Mild Dry Curry with Ketchup
If it's too curry-like, my kids say it's too spicy, so I added a decent amount of ketchup to give it a milder flavour. If you are using soup stock granules, 1 cube is equivalent to about 2 teaspoons of granules, so measure accordingly. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru

Mild Dry Curry with Chunky Vegetables
I challenged myself making this at my husband's request.Although I just made it up...it's one of my family's favorites. The richness depends on the water content of vegetables used, so adjust the flavor while taste-testing. For 4~5 servings. Recipe by MyT09

Basic Curry Sauce
This was after I used some in a pork curry

Simple Dry Curry
I was chopping onions with the intention of making meat sauce, but I suddenly got an urge for dry curry. Before adding the ○ ingredients, make sure to blend the ☆ seasoning ingredients well with the other ingredients. It makes the curry more fragrant. You can use any spice you like. I just added the ones I always use when I make curry. You can use ground beef instead of a beef-pork mix. I think this would be tastier made with fresh garlic, but since I made it for my husband's lunch, I went light on the garlic flavor by using roast garlic powder. I didn't want him to get garlic breath. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Hamama

Chicken Curry
People make all sorts of curries. Some add coconut milk, some add cream & others vary the spices. When the chicken is half cooked, you can taste the gravy & add salt or spices according to your wish. If you want a less spicy curry reduce the quantity of the powders used. You can even add coconut milk. Curries never taste the same. Let's try this one for a change.

Minced Meat Curry
Not requiring a long time to simmer is a great help. This time, I used a mixture of ground beef and pork, but you can use whatever minced meat you like. It's nice with mushrooms, too. In Step 2, if you have time, it's best to brown the onion. If you do so, you don't need to use honey. I didn't have much time, so I used it. For 5-6 servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat

Dry Curry
My husband wants to eat dry curry! So, here it is.It's all about stir-fry! And mix! Just be careful not to burn it.Make sure to use curry powder (S&B's red-can curry powder, for example) and not store-bought roux. If you use a roux or curry flakes, it becomes too dense. For about 4 servings. Recipe by Emurate

Chicken Curry
My little ones love the taste and flavour of my chicken curry and they are always asking for daddy’s chicken curry 😊The curry is medium hot however it can be made more hotter and spicier by more chilli and whole spices.Served best with rice and yoghurt. Can also be served with Roti. This recipe can serve 4-6 people.Leftovers can be put in the fridge and can be eaten up 3 days from when the chicken curry is made.

Chicken Curry
My husband requested this dish so I tried it out. I managed to cook this in a short time -- it was surprisingly easy!-Please simmer the chicken until it becomes tender. Please skim off the scum!-I use spicy curry roux for my family. If you are using sweet curry roux, add ketchup to your liking.-I recommend adding heavy cream or coffee creamer to make the taste mild. For 3 servings. Recipe by Tomomaki0313

Healthy and very tasty curry, with ingredients similar to a thai massaman curry. Also versatile, use any vegetables you like such as broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc.
