Easy Family Sized Bacon & Egg Breakfast

Great way to feed a family for under $6! Option to add different veggies and meats. I have used tomatoes and ham instead of bacon. Also you can add a sixth egg and this will still turn out perfect! Watch the cooking time 20_25 mins depending on your oven. This was a winner and I'll be making it again. Also I used reduced day dough and cheese and added more pepper still yummy you don't miss the fat :-)

Ingredients

  1. 5eggs
  2. 3/4 cupmilk
  3. 2green onion
  4. 2 packagespillsbury crescent reduced fat
  5. 1 cupcheese
  6. 1 pinchpepper
  7. 1/2 lbbacon or sausages

Cooking Instructions

    Pre/heat your oven to 350 and warm fry pan at medium heat, start chopping the half pound bacon, ham or breakfast sausage in bite size chunks and pan fry (don't over cook)

    Chop green onion and grate cheese, set aside

    In a large bowl, Beat 5 eggs and milk, pepper and green onion

  4. 4

    Break dough into pieces as marked. rip those pieces into 2 big raw bite size pieces, place in the bowl with egg mixture. Allow time to soak. Drain meat and grease 9x12 pan or glass dish pour egg and dough mixture in pan.

    Add meat and cheese evenly over the egg & dough bake 20 to 25 mins.
