Ingredients

  1. 1egg
  2. 2 cupsrice
  3. 8 piecesFresh pepper
  4. 3cksp Vegetable oil
  5. 1 teaspoonCurry
  6. 2Garlic
  7. 2Ginger
  8. Salt
  9. 2maggi cubes
  10. 7Fresh tomatoes
  11. 1Tumeric

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice for 12 minutes,wash and keep aside.

    Blend fresh pepper,ginger,tumeric and garlic,fresh tomatoes.boil till all the water evapourates.

    Pour in vegetable oil,fry for 7minutes,pour in water add salt,maggi and curry.boil for 5minutes.

    Pour in parboiled rice and stir.cover to boil.boil till water drys.boil the egg allow to cool the peel and serve with the jollof rice
