Ingredients

  1. 1carrot grated,
  2. 1capsicum diced
  3. 1 cupsprouted whole green gram moong
  4. 1/2 cuppomegranate(optional)
  5. 1small cucumber diced
  6. Roasted Peanut
  7. Salt,pepper,lemon juice, red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak whole green gram moong in water for overnight. Next day drain the water & allow it to dry for abt 30mins & put it a closed box for 24hrs to sprout.

    Once the sprout is ready mix it with above ingredients.

  3. 3

    Season it with mustard, & red chilli.mix it well & garnish with cilantro.

    Enjoy!
