Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwahsed and chopped palak
  2. 1 cupsplit moongdal(washed)
  3. 2 tbsptuvar dal(washed)
  4. 2 tbspudad dal(washed)
  5. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  7. 2/3chopped chillies
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 1tomato chopped
  10. 1 tspturmeric
  11. 1 tspKashmiri redchilly powder
  12. 2 tspdhaniya powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tbspor 1 tbsp oil for tadka
  15. 1 tspjeera
  16. 1 tsp to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all dals. Add dals in cooker add water. Put cooker in slow flame.

    Now add ginger garlic and green chilli, add turmeric, dhaniya powder and salt.....mix well.

    Now add washed and chopped palak. Simmer on slow falme. Then cover the cooker with lid....allow 3/4 whistle. Let it cool it self completely.

    Take pan for tadka add ghee then add jeera when it crackle add onion let it little brown then add tomatoes..let the tomatoes cook completely.
