Ingredients

  1. 1/4 bowl moong dal
  2. 1 bowlchopped spinach
  3. 1tomato puree
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tspghee
  6. 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
  7. Pinchhing/asafoetida
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. 1 tspfresh garlic chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak mung dal for 1/2 hour.prepare all ingredients.

    Wash and chop the Spinach.

    Take a cooker add ghee jeera hing... Add ghee, jeera, hing than garlic and spinach

  4. 4

    Now add spices and dal and water, mix it cover the cooker. Take 2 whistle.

    Dal is ready to serve with roti paratha or rice.
