Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 cupChopped palak
  3. 5 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 2dry red chillies
  5. 1/2 tbscumin seeds
  6. 1 tbschilli powder
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 1chopped tomato
  9. 1 tbsturmeric powder
  10. 1 tbssalt
  11. as neededOil
  12. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the moong dal properly, add into the cooker, add 1.5cup water, turmeric powder, salt and cook it upto 2 whistle.

    Take a pan add chopped onion, cook it till transperent, then add the chopped tomatoes cook till tomatoes are soft. Then add the cooked dal and some water.

    After one boil add the chopped palak to it and cook it for 2-3min till palak will be soft. Then prepare tadka in a tadka pan. Add oil, heat it then add dry red chilli, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, red chilli powder and add this tadka to our cooks dal. If u like ghee then pour some ghee on top. Serve it hot.
