  2. 4 cupJapanese Rice
  3. 4 cupWater
  4. 2 tbspMirin (Japanese Rice Wine)
  5. After Cooking
  6. 1/2 cupRice Vinegar
  7. 5 tbspSugar
  8. 2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse Rice several times until Water is clear.

  2. 2

    Mix Rice, Mirin & Water let stand for 30mins. before cooking.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 20mins. then let it stand for 10mins. covered.

  4. 4

    Dissolve Sugar & Salt in Rice Vinegar. Sprinkle the mixture in Rice evenly.
