Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 4onions
  3. 1small tomato
  4. 1medium potato
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1 tspRai
  7. 1 tspjeera
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 2 tspsred chilli powder
  12. as neededcurry leaves few
  13. as neededcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Soak poha for 10 mins in water.

    Drain on seive and let it rest.

  3. 3

    In heavy bottomed pan add oil.

  4. 4

    When it heats add Rai and jeera

  5. 5

    When it crackles add green chillies chopped and curry leaves.

  6. 6

    Now add 3chopped onions,saute till pink.

  7. 7

    Add potato finely chopped and tomato.

  8. 8

    Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder.

  9. 9

    Cover the lid and cook till potato is done.

    Now add pigs and sprinkle some water over the mixture and stir.

    Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins and add coriander leaves, serve hot with sev and chopped onions and lemon.
