Potato/Meat Hash
We had a interesting mix of ingredients and I threw it all together to make this.

Butternut Squash Hash N' Eggs
Trying to cut back on carbs for health reasons and experimenting with alternatives to the norm I decided to try making a hash replacing the standard potatoes with butternut squash. The hubby said, "Mmmmmm" and went back for seconds. That's a success in my book! For those watching their cholesterol too, simply separate the yolks from the eggs and fill the wells with just the whites, and use turkey sausage. 40 minutes to prepare calculates the max cooking time in the oven. :)

Hamburger and Potato Hash
Three of my Granddaughters I watch regularly. All children have different likes and dislikes. One doesn't like sandwiches, unless it's fried bread. She doesn't even like hamburger's. So I try to make things all of them like. Here is one of them. This can be served with Heinz tomato Ketchup, barbeque sauce, or anyone of the following steak sauces, Heinz 57, A1, or HP steak sauces. You can eat it as we call it plain. Add a side of fried green beans.

Brisket Hash
If you are like me, when I smoke a brisket there is a lot leftover. A great use for it is to make brisket hash.

Chorizo Hash
Adapted from a recipe on unearthed.com I have used a leftover cooked potato in its skin. I usedd a Spanish chorizo picante, but you can virtually use any chorizo you like in this... I just have a thing for spicy breakfasts! :)#onepotcooking#onepotrecipe#1potrecipes#1potrecipe

California Farm Spam & Potato Hash Dinner
Lots of nourishment on a budget. Spam is made from pork , bacon and potato starch, but we make it with buckwheat instead of potato starch. I adapted this meal from leftover farm ingredients to store bought ingredients to make spam. It came out at half the cost of other dinners. You can make spam meat for 16 cents per serving in this recipe, and it is delicious. A full dinner for 70 cents. Spam Freezes well.

Breakfast Potato and Sausage Hash (4 dinner)
Who doesn't love a little brekkie for dinner. As like many of my recipes. Comes together in under 45min or less.

Hash Brown Breakfast
Eggs and potatoes are loved in our house. We can happily eat this for dinner. Once everything is shredded, it becomes a quick meal. You can easily add favorites to enhance this dish. Sour cream and chives on top. My serrano tomatillo salsa on the side, a hot kick to it is great! So I hope you enjoy for breakfast, brunch or dinner!

Creamy hash browns (slow cooker)
This recipe comes from Taste of Home's Slow Cooker Favorites book and credits Donna Downes of Las Vegas, Nevada. If you like some zip to your recipes, you may want try adding ground red chipotle pepper (I recommend Penzeys.com). Just sprinkle on to taste in the last hour of cooking. I do not recommend adding hot sauce as it tends to separate the soup/cream mixture.

Broccoli and Hash Browns Potato Salad
I used all the stuff my daughter loves - broccoli, hash browns, mayonnaise and curry.Make the hash browns as crispy as possible!Use as much curry powder as you like. The sauce is delicious with a lot of it added in.If you're planning on using this in a bento, use less mayonnaise and season well with salt and pepper to avoid the flavor turning bland. For 1 plate's worth. Recipe by Natsumomomama

Noodle Fried Rice
The easier way to make lunch when you’re in hurry and hungry is fried rice. But what will you do if you have only 1 cup leftover rice, and won’t be enough for two person. Stttttt.... here is my secret. I make it enough for me and my husband by adding 1 package Indonesian instant fried noodle into the rice and fried them together. It was easy yet delicious. Any of you wanna try? Here is the recipe.

Instant Noodle "Cake"
Most of Indonesians have love and hate relationship with instant noodles, I think. Sure, it's comfort food, but if you eat it too much, you might get sick. Once in a while it is fine! We probably eat it once or twice a month. This is so easy. I've been making this ever since I was in elementary school.

Dan Dan Noodle Hot Pot with Lots of Cabbage and Bean Sprouts
The dan dan noodles at my favorite restaurant has lots of cabbage and bean sprouts in it.I love vegetables, so as I was adding more and more to my plate at the restaurant, I thought that a dan dan noodle style hotpot at home would be delicious. The 1/2 bag of bean sprouts and shredded cabbage in Step 6 is delicious cooked through, but you want to leave the crunchy texture, so just cook briefly.I added kamaboko (fish cakes) this time, but you could add atsuage as well. This soup warms the soul! We've had some sick tummies around my house and this is the perfect light, yet filling meal.
