Made this soup very late in the night need to let my friends taste it after service
Cooking Instructions

Blend the ogbono with okpei let it be smooth add a cup of water.

Cook the beef and stockfish till is soft..cook with salt,onion and maggi cubes.

Bleach the palmoil for 4minutes,pour in the blended ogbono and okpei stir very well for 10minutes.

Pour in the boiled beeg and stock fish and stir very well add more more water for the soup allow to boil very well.
- 5
Blend the crayfish and pepper and add,also salt and maggi cubes.
- 6
Wash the uziza leaves with salt,and slice pour it inside the soup and boil it for 3more minutes.i enjoyed mine with eba.

#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make,but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste.It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno,especially that part of draw,which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper,chilly pepper with the garlic,onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed. There was nothing to cook at home and I thought of making Pumpkin Soup and to taste it.(husband loves pumpkin so no worries ;-) ) so made this easy recipe with the things I had at home..
