Abacha with pomo

Thanks to my sister's mother inlaw for this abacha she sent it to me knowing how well i and my family loves abacha.
I had to prepare it for dinner.
Cooking Instructions

Soak the dry abacha in warm water for at least 30minutes.put in sieve to drain the water and keep it.

Put the potash in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoon of water.

Pour red oil in a bowl,take only the liquid from the potash.mix together very well it will turn yellow.

Add the drained abacha,stir very well and cut the fresh red pepper and add,add blended crayfish,salt,a cube of maggi.

Use a clean hand to mix very then taste if salt is ok.

Boil the pomo in a pressure pot for 45minutes,select it out and put in the abacha.mix all together very well then place on a heat simmer for 5minutes.
