Abacha with peppered pomo

My hubby is from a different state in nigeria,and they prepare abacha in a different way.
My mum-inlaw taught me this receipe,i tried it and i got it very easy to make.

Ingredients

1 Serving
  1. 3 cupsDry Abacha
  2. 1/2 cupUgba
  3. 1cksp Palmoil
  4. 12 piecesFresh red pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 1 teaspoonNgorr
  7. HandfulUtazi leaves
  8. 5 piecesPomo
  9. 2big Garden egg
  10. 1cksp Crayfish
  11. 1medium sized Onion bulb

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dry abacha in warm water.

    Pour palmoil and mix with the ngorr,it will change to yellow stir and add salt,fresh pepper,ugba,crayfish(dont blend)

    Stir very well,drain water from the soaked abacha and pour in stir and abacha is ready.

    Cut and boil the pomo with salt and onion.blend the fresh pepper,bleach palmoil add the pomo to fry in it then add salt and blended fresh pepper stir and fry for 4-5minutes.

    Slice utazi leaves,onion and garden to eat with it.
