Growing up in enugu this is our everyday meal so learning to make it from my mum was very easy.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut and boil the pomo when is soft,add the fish,season with onion,seasoning and salt.bleach red oil and fry it in it.
- 2
Bleach redoil and fry onion,salt and fresh pepper rinse in the abacha fry all with a low heat add salt to taste.after three minutes turn off heat.mix fresh pepper with the pomo and ugba add lityle of the stock and simmer a bit.
