Ingredients

  1. Pomo
  2. Abacha
  3. Ugba
  4. Salt
  5. Fresh pepper
  6. Red oil
  7. Fish
  8. Onion
  9. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut and boil the pomo when is soft,add the fish,season with onion,seasoning and salt.bleach red oil and fry it in it.

  2. 2

    Bleach redoil and fry onion,salt and fresh pepper rinse in the abacha fry all with a low heat add salt to taste.after three minutes turn off heat.mix fresh pepper with the pomo and ugba add lityle of the stock and simmer a bit.
