My wife's great grandmothers recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 2 loafFrench bread
  2. 4 boxjiffy cornbread
  3. 4uncooked eggs
  4. 1 1/3 cupmilk
  5. 2 canscream of chicken
  6. 16 ozchicken broth
  7. 1 1/2 lbchicken wings
  8. 1 tspsea salt
  9. 1 tspsage
  10. 1 tsppoultry season
  11. 14hard boiled eggs
  12. 1large onion, chopped
  13. 2cleary chopped
  14. 2 tbspsage
  15. 3 tbsppoultry seasoning
  16. 4uncooked eggs
  17. 3 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare cornbread (use box directions)

    Boil wings, tsp salt, sage, & poultry seasoning in just enough water to cover. Cook till meat falls off bone. Save broth!

    Remove all bones and grizzle from wings.

    Brake up French bread and cornbread in small pieces

  5. 5

    Let bread dry completely

  6. 6

    Mix all bread in large roasting pan.

    Mix in 2tbsp sage & 3tbsp poultry seasoning by hand.

    Mix in 14 chopped boiled eggs, onions, celery & meat from wings by hand.

    Mix in 4 raw egg by hand.

    Mix in 3 sticks melted butter by hand.

  11. 11

    Mix in dripping from wings by hand.

    Mix in cream of chicken by hand

  13. 13

    Mix in broth by hand little at a time till all is moist

  14. 14

    Flatten out & bake @ 400 for 30 to 40 min or cooked all the way through.

    Side note, stuff Turkey with uncooked stuffing (18lbs bird will take about half of this portion)
