Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbblackforest ham
  2. 1/2 lbswiss cheese
  3. 1/2 cupmixed cheese
  4. 1pie shell
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 cupheavy cream ( or milk, or half and half)
  7. 1 cupspinach
  8. 1/2red onion chopped
  9. 1 tbspof each, salt, pepper, garlic powder,

Cooking Instructions

    Set oven to 350º.

    In a saucepan saute onion with spinach. I like to sautee it in bacon grease. But it doesn't matter. Then layer the spinach, then meat, then swiss cheese in the pie shell.

    Mix the milk, eggs, mixed cheese and seasoning in a bowl and pour in the pie shell. Place in the oven for 50 minutes.

    Let sit for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy. You can play around with the ingredients however you like.
