Still on my diet & can still have these. I use a small tin foil container that fits into the Philips air fryer ( not active fry as these need oil). Great for quick mid week roasts. If you need more do batches by filling the bottom of the container then reheat when required. Irmgard Gater -

Perfect Pot Roast & Vegetables Perfect Pot Roast & Vegetables
I tried many times over the years to make pot roast in the crock pot. Everyone always raves about crock pot roast being so tender and juicy, but I never once got a tender, juicy roast out of my crock pot. Seriously, how do people rave over crock pot roast? It just never gets tender for me.However, I learned how to make delicious pot roast the "traditional" way (aka oven) and have perfected the methods of my own recipe over the last couple years. This recipe comes out fork tender every single time, and it's always bursting with flavor. This is definitely best suited for a weekend meal if you're a busy cook. It's a lengthy process, but worth the effort! StephieCanCook -

Roast Potatoes Roast Potatoes
This makes 4 hotel pans of roast potatoes. Can be three. Start two pots of water boiling on stove and preheat convection oven to 400F and regular oven to 450F. It also works well to do this same recipe but put the potatoes in a single layer on a sheet tray. In a single layer you can get away with a hotter oven. Daniel Reichardt -

Parsnip Soup Parsnip Soup
I attempted to recreate a soup I had at Fleur de Sel, a restaurant in New York. (The soup at the restaurant had boiled chestnuts added to it.)I think it would be hard to find parsnips in Japan, but if you can get them, please try making this soup. By the way, parsnips are part of the parsley family. Recipe by K-ana cookpad.japan -
