Giving my new neighbour a suprise birthday treat with a plate of this.
Cooking Instructions

Remove the shells of the snails,wash with alom till is not slimmy
- 2
Rinse again with salty water then boil.boil for 45minutes with sliced onion and seasoning.

Blend fresh pepper,ginger and garlic paste and shombo and boil till all the water evaporates.
- 4
Heat up vegetable oil,slice onion and pour inside the hot vegetable oil.
- 5
Fry for 10 seconds then pour the boiled pepper allow to fry for 5minutes.
- 6
Select the snails out and put the frying pepper.turn very well and allow to fry for 10minutes with constant stirring.
