My usual recipe for corned beef fritters involves onion. Today I am too lazy to peel and cut an onion, so I tried making the fritters with another recipe. They turn out well and tasty. If you want to make ball-shaped fritters, use a small ice cream spoon to scoop the batter. You can choose not to add any condiments, or add a bit of salt and pepper.
