Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhipping cream
  2. 1/2 cupfull-cream milk
  3. 1 cancondensed milk
  4. 1 candulce de leche
  5. 1 cupcrushed graham crackers
  6. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  7. 2-4 pcsbananas
  8. 1 tbspsugar
  9. 1 tbspvanilla extract

    Mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix well then pour in a springform pan lined with baking paper.

    Press down the crushed graham crackers with a spoon or the butt of a glass to form a cookie base. Then put it in the freezer for 15mins.

    When the base is set, pour the dulce de leche on the base then layer the sliced bananas on top of the caramel. Freeze again for 30mins.

    Whip the cream and sugar (firm peaks) then fold-in the vanilla, condensed milk and full-cream milk.

    Pour the mix into the cookie-caramel-banana base. Even the surface with a spatula then freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.

    If freezing overnight, take the pie out of the freezer down to the fridge for 1 hour before serving for easier slicing and better texture.
