Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  4. 5big pieces Tatasi
  5. Salt
  6. 3 cubesKnorr
  7. 1small Cucumber
  8. 2ripe plantain
  9. Small bunch Lettuce
  10. Vegetable oil for frying
  11. 2Onion
  12. 1 tablespoonCurry
  13. 1/2 tablespoonThyme
  14. 2Ripe plantain

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil rice for 15minutes,rinse and boil again add salt to taste.boil till is soft and water has dried.

    Blend the fresh tomatoes with tatasi and boil till all the water evapourates.

    Fry the boiled fresh tomatoes for 10minutes with vegetable oil.

    Boil the titus fish with onion,curry,thyme, and salt.for 5minutes.Slice onion and put in the frying tomatoes.

    Then pour in the fish stock and 2 cups of water.boil for 15minutes then add knorr cubes,salt,curry.

    Put the fosh in the stew boil for 4 minutes and is set.

    Slice the plantain fry in vegetable oil for 3minutes till is brown.

    Slice the cucumber and lettuce to serve with it
