Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgliver
  2. 15potatoes
  3. litreCooking oil-1/2
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1green pepper
  7. 1onion
  8. 4 tea spoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour cooking oil on a pan add cut onion and stir for three minutes. Add the cut liver and stir for ten minutes or until cooked.

    Dice the potatoes into half and fry in the cooking oil.

  3. 3

    Cut the cucumber, green pepper and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Serve liver, potatoes and the above salad as shown in the above picture.
