I cheated, and used a can of frosting because I'm too lazy to learn how to make real frosting. Remember to double the ingredients if you're making two cakes. The cake recipe calls for simple ingredients, and that's why I love it. :) Enjoy if you do try it! Teodora T. -

This is a play on hostess snowballs. You can cover it with coconut but I like it better to add just a drop or two of pure coconut extract to the 7 min frosting and add shaved chocolate on top. The filling for the cake is AWESOME not over sweet Rebecca Hammock -

Piña Colada-style Cake Piña Colada-style Cake
My husband wanted to eat a summer-style cake, so I made one that suited his tastes by referring to a few different recipes I found in an American cooking magazine. The coconut will burn easily, so be careful. The coconut in the photo was burned slightly in Step 1. You can use plain yoghurt instead of sour cream. It will have a lighter finish. Drain the pineapple well before adding it. If you don't, the cake will have a sticky finish. Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -

Chocolate and Coconut Flan Cake Chocolate and Coconut Flan Cake
This is my favourite dessert, I can finish a whole cake myself. The coconut flan is very light and not so sweet. The chocolate cake is very spongy with slightly coffee flavoured. And I like the sweetness of the toffee layer on top.I always make my own toffee for this cake. What I do is I boil one can of sweetened condensed milk over low fire for 4 hours. Let it cool down, put it in the fridge over night before open it. Wiwik Sunariyah -

Klappertaart is a Dutch-inspired dessert which is popular in Indonesia. Klappertaart literally means coconut tart (klapper = coconut; taart = tart/cake) because the main ingredients are coconut fruit and coconut water. I really like this dessert and I hope you'll like it too! Janis Al-Fath -
Hawaiian Coconut Cake Hawaiian Coconut Cake
I went to Hawaii for my honeymoon and ate a really delicious coconut cake in the cafe of the hotel. I made it at home for my own 27th birthday!Since coconut milk is on the oily side, I wanted to try making this cake without adding any oil. When adding the coconut milk into the batter, feel free to add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, if you like. Recipe by Gakkoiburi cookpad.japan
