Take all dry ingredients in a plate now add warm milk and make a soft dough add butter in dough 1 by1 spoon slowly slowly and make a smooth dough you have to mash dough almost 10-15 minutes now cover it keep at a hot place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour your dough will be double add some dry maida and mash it again punch the dough and let all air come out now divide the dough equally and make balls take a baking try Greece the try with oil place the balls in baking try at small small gap cover it with wet towel keep aside at hot place for 45 minutes

Preheat oven @180 for 10 minutes. Now check your bread it will be double in size again now polish bread with 1 tsp milk make sure while polishing use brush carefully should not break bread

Naw bake breads @180 for 15 minutes and after removing from oven polish breads with butter and enjoy your pav breads
