Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlurad dal
  2. 1/2 bowlmoong dal
  3. 1big finely chopped onion
  4. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  6. 1 tspkasuri methi
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak both the dals for 3-4 hrs.

    Grind these soaked dals to fine paste.

  3. 3

    Add green chillies, onion, cumin, salt, kasuri methi, coriander to this paste. Mix well with your hand. Batter should become fluffy.

    Deep fry these pakode on medium heat.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
