Ingredients

  1. 1 cupkk rice
  2. Hand full zogale/moringa
  3. 5large Pepper
  4. 1big onion
  5. cloveGarlic
  6. Spices
  7. Seasoning
  8. Cooking oil
  9. Sweet corn for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Grind rice to semi coarse

  2. 2

    Soak for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Wash moringa, dice onion, chop pepper crush garlic strain water from soaked rice mix all ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Donot add oil

  5. 5

    Steam on steamer rice should be done in 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Add oil and dried pepper garnish with sweet corn enjoy.
